Not my first time in Cebu City but it was first for me to ‘explore’ the city solo. I decided to spend it then walking around in search of a place for beer and music, which fortunately led to discovery of one which reminded me of one of my favorite places for gig in Manila.  Add to this impulsive dash to experience Sky Experience Adventure at Crown Regency.

So my attempt at the functional details? 

Cebu is one of Philippines’ main cities that it should not be a bother to go there. Cebu Pacific as the name implies flies quite ‘extensively’ from early morning until late night.

It’s a city not very far from the feel of Manila, with the traffic and all but it has easier access to nicer beaches so that should be a plus.

It’s a city with options that you can go from a value hotel such Red Planet Hotel to this hostel I stayed in Gorordo Avenue – accessible to bars Koa, Handuraw and Kukuk’s Nest.
